摘要abstract(英) This experiment studied the feasibility of using ozone and ultrasound treatments, either individually or simultaneously, on the purification of bacteriaseeded big head prawn (Solenocera melantho, from marine source) and kuruma prawn (Penaeus japonicus, from culture pond) in a satwater of 2% NaCl at 5℃.
