高經濟石斑魚類育種及優質種苗生產技術研究

自石斑魚人工性轉變及繁殖技術確立以來,部分石斑魚種種苗生產以達商業化量產規模,然而尚有些高經濟魚種(如鞍帶石斑、藍身大石斑...等),其育苗率尚低通常不超過1%。因此,本研究擬從石斑種魚培育著手,以PCR檢測技術篩選未帶虹彩病毒親魚並加以營養強化期能培育出優質種魚,生產出良質受精卵,再配合本中心先前分離、純化之海洋光合成菌株PSB-MRC1,擬以其具優越水質淨化能力、耐鹽性高及菌體本身營養豐富之特性,應用於種苗生產之培育過程中,以解決目前產業石斑育苗活存率低下及不穩定的問題。
研究報告摘要(英) Although, induced sex reversal and spawning in some species of grouper (giant grouper,potato grouper⋯.) have achieved, but survival of the larvae in the hatchery until earlyjuvenile remains considerably low and unstable.. The objectives of this study are to establish healthy broodstock of grouper throughscreened by PCR technique, and we will promote the quality of the eggs by enhancingnutrient and hormone treatment. Additionally, since the photosynthetic bacteria (PSB), asingle cell protein has strong ability to break down ammonia and high nutrient value, sowe will apply in grouper seed production and should be helpful for improve seedproduction industry.
