本試驗分別以10% 魚油、紅花籽油、大豆油或花生油等四種不同油脂配製得試驗飼料餵飼龍膽石斑稚魚十二週以評估龍膽石斑稚魚對脂肪酸之需求。
研究報告摘要(英) The present study was designed to determined dietary requirements of grouper foressential fatty acids with a goal to differentiate the fatty acids metabolism. Juvenilegrouper were reared on semipurified diets for 12 wks. Four experimental diets wereformulated to contained 10% fish oil, safflower oil, soybean oil or peanut oil.
