九孔之遺傳育種研究

本年度的計畫目標：1.微隨體(microsatellites)基因選殖；2.成長性狀歸群分析(clustering analysis)；3.養殖九孔的基因型分析。首先以九孔體基因組為基礎，進行微隨體基因選殖，其次以鹽度耐受性為目標，篩選適用的遺傳基因標誌，建立九孔基因型遺傳資料，了解九孔之遺傳變異及性狀形質，以作為九孔育種改良的基礎。
研究報告摘要(英) the purpose of the project is to search for (1) cloning microsatellite DNA markers, and (2)clustering analysis for growth rate, (3) analyzed the genotype from small abaloneHaliotis diversicolor Reeve. The first experiment was based on a small abalone forcloning microsatellites. The second experiment was conducted with a family of smallabalones for screened microsatellite DNA markers primers, which fitted small abalone,in order to clustering analysis for characterization of growth and the basement ofbreeding program.
