本研究目的在探討不同塩度對養殖雌性種魚最後成熟階段及雄性精子活動能力的影響，及瞭解受精卵發育的較適塩度，以作為人工繁殖種魚培育及孵化工作的參考。
研究報告摘要(英) This study is conducted to investigate the effect of salinity on the sexaul maturation ofrock flagtail ( Kwhlia rupestris) broodstock. The optimum salinity for incubating thefertilized eggs is also examed.
