吳郭魚之育種研究

將YY雄魚與變性XY雌魚1對1配對、繁殖，300尾魚苗投給含100ppm 17α-ethynylestradiol 雌性素之鰻魚練餌飼料連續59天，俾予以雌性化。活存了243尾，移至室外水泥池改用市售鱸魚飼料繼續飼養，截至測定時，平均體重約182.4g，其中雌魚184尾，雄魚50尾，合計234尾，變性率為78.63％，雌魚生殖腺均尚未成熟，繼續養成中。
研究報告摘要(英) Feminization of the Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) fry, reproduced by male YY crossed with female-reversed XY, was implemented. The fry were fed with eel feed mixed with 100 ppm 17α-ethynylestradiol for 59 days, each day two times, then fed with perch feed only. The grow-out 234 tilapias were with 184 females and 50 males, sex-reversed rate was 78.63%.Keywords: genetically male tilapia, feminization
