龍膽石斑之中間育成飼料研發

油脂脂肪酸平衡是一重要趨勢，但龍膽石斑之相關營養資料仍未建立。本研究研發中間育成過程中的龍膽石斑魚之，研究以不同油脂配方之試驗飼料餵飼石斑魚，於試驗結束後，探討魚體脂肪酸組成及油之來源之相關性。關鍵詞：石斑魚、脂肪酸、飼料
研究報告摘要(英) Balance of fatty acid on fish culture was important, however, the nutritional imformation for giant grouper has not been established yet. A series of experiments was designed to determined dietary requirements of grouper for essential fatty acids with a goal to differentiate the fatty acids metabolism. All experimental diet contained 10% lipid from various sources. At the end of the growth trial, the relationship between lipid sources and fatty acid profile on fish will be investigated.
