澎湖重要水產種原保存及利用─遠海梭子蟹之種苗培育及放流

本計畫之目的為執行遠海梭子蟹之種原採集及蓄養,已建立遠海梭子蟹之種蟹孵化、仔蟹培育及稚蟹繁養殖等相關技術。本年度分5批次從事遠海梭子蟹育苗試驗,各階段活存率如下:在眼幼期5期(zoea 5 stage)平均活存率為55.44%、大眼幼蟲(megolopa stage)平均活存率為53.08%、稚蟹1期(crab 1 instar stage)平均活存率為30.2%、稚蟹3期(crab 3 instar stage)平均活存率為33.7%;從眼幼蟲至稚蟹1期平均活存率為8.88%、從眼幼蟲至稚蟹3期平均活存率為2.99%,本年度培育出稚蟹3期幼苗總計17.8萬餘尾。2009年度野放遠海梭子蟹仔蟹共計16萬尾,增加澎湖地區蟹類海洋資源,人工養殖及人工放流是恢復遠海梭子蟹資源最佳方法。遠海梭子蟹生長快,病害少,可進行單性養殖或與其他魚蝦混養,是一種有發展潛力的養殖新品種。

研究報告摘要(英) The objectives of this study are establishment of genetic stock, mass seed production and cultural techniques of blue swimmer crab Portunus pelagicus. Five batches of blue swimmer crab rearing experiment was carried out in 2009. Average of survival rate of each stage are as fellow: Zoea- 5 stage was 55.44%, Megalopa stage was 53.08%, Crab 1 instar stage was 30.2%, Crab 3 instar stage was 33.7%, during zoea-1 stage to crab 1 instar stage was 8.88%, during zoea-1 stage to crab 3 instar stage was 2.99% respectively. Total of seeds production were178,000 juvenile crabs and releasing to wild sea to increase marine resources in Penghu. Aquaculture and artificial restocking is to restore crabs resources best practices. Blue swimmer crabs growth rapid and resistant diseases can be reared in the pond for monoculture or polyculture, is a promising new candidates of culture.
