SPF白蝦種蝦之量產技術及產業推廣

本研之目的在於建立SPF白蝦種蝦庫及其繁養殖技術並推廣防疫技術,以提高白蝦養殖收成與我國白蝦養殖的競爭力。所得結果如下:1. 白蝦種原之蒐集引進:目前已自國內外業者蒐集引進白蝦種原6批並通過WSSV、TSV、YHV、GAV及IHHNV等五種病毒之篩檢。2.各批白蝦種原在成長與活存的比較。所得結果如下:試驗一:成長以第3批最快、第1批次之、第2批最慢。活存率以第1批最高、第3批次之、第2批最低。試驗二:成長以第4批最快、第5批次之、第2批最慢。活存率也以第4批最高、第5批次之、第2批最低。3. SPF白蝦養殖技術之建立:完成SPF白蝦在HDPE池中進行高密度養殖之成長試驗。所得結果如下:放養時蝦苗體重0.47g,收成時體重為23.0g,活存率為78.2%,單位面積產量為3.27 kg/m2,每週平均成長速度為1.19g,飼料轉換比為1.78。4. SPF白蝦繁養殖相關技術之技轉與推廣:完成1家技術轉移。

研究報告摘要(英) The objectives of the project are to establish the SPF broodstock of Litopenaeus vannamei and the techniques of rearing and breeding and to promote the technology of bisecured facilities, to increases the yield and competitiveness of white shrimps culture in Taiwan. The results are following: Six stocks were obtained and the virus diseases were diagnosed using commercial kits for WSSV, TSV, IHHNV and YHV/GAV. None of the above five virus was ever been detected in the samples. The growth and survival were compared among the stocks, in experiment 1, Stock 3 grew fastest, follows by stock 1 and stock2. Survival was highest in Stock 1, follows by stock 3 and stock2. In experiment 2, Stock 4 grew fastest, follows by stock 5 and stock2. Survival was highest in stock 4, follows by stock 5 and stock2. SPF white shrimp were cultured in a biosecured HDPE pond of 650 m2 for 132 days at culture density of 182 shrimp/m2. At harvest, shrimp grew from 0.47g to 23.0g with survival rate of 78.2%, yield of 3.27 kg/m2, growth rate of 1.19 g/week and FCR of 1.78, respectively. One technology transfer was established.
