海鱺對泛酸之需求與脂質利用研究

海鱺對泛酸之需求試驗進行12週飼育試驗所得結果,各處理組之間於試驗至第四週時尚未見成長上的差異。未添加泛酸組於第10週時組全部死亡。缺乏組體表及鰭部糜爛出血、瘦弱、活動力差,但未見鰓部棍棒化之缺乏症。其他6組進行12週飼育試驗,增重百分率在335-369%之間,經分析無顯著差異。飼料轉換率(FCR)以添加20ppm較差為1.65,添加100ppm組較佳為1.35。此結果顯示在成長方面雖然各添加組並無顯著差異。但是從飼料效率來看,以broken-line回歸分析,泛酸含量為91ppm時會有較好的換肉率。肝體比及肥滿度各添加組間也無顯著差異。在體成分方面,水分、粗蛋白、及灰分,並無顯著差異,添加20組體脂質含量較低,但是經統計分析並無顯著差異。飼料中含50及120ppm的泛酸對成長並無顯著差異,而添加20 %的油脂則使得海鱺成長較差,飼料轉換率也是同樣的情形。

研究報告摘要(英) There were no significant difference in weight gain, hepatosomatic index and condition factor for cobia (initial average body weight, 43g.) fed diets containing 20-120 ppm pantothenate. The feed conversion ratio was less than other treatment group when cobia fed diet with 20 ppm pantothenate (1.65), cobia fed diets supplementing 40-120 ppm pantothenate had the better feed conversion ratio. In the lack pantothenate group the fish beginning loss appetite and die from the fifth week and hemorrhage in fin and body surface. At the end of growth trial the body chemical composition of fish were no significant in crude protein, lipid, moisture and ash for pantothenate supplementing group. The regression line that fit the feed efficiency has a breakpoint at 91.43 ppm of pantothenate. The test of interaction of pantothenate and lipid was show the result that the weight gain and feed conversion ratio were better when cobia (initial average body weight, 65g) fed the diet containing 10 and15 % lipid but not significant different on pantothenate,.
