庫達海馬Hippocampus kuda氣泡病治療之研究 庫達海馬養殖容易發生疾病感染，而氣泡病（Gas Bubble Disease）大多出現在成熟體型階段，若不進行處理，可能導致病魚全數死亡。氣泡病之發生部位為頭部、軀幹、孵卵囊及尾部，其中以雄海馬的孵卵囊的發生機率最高。本試驗利用自行組裝之氣泡病治療器進行病魚之治療，治療結果為：以壓力0.65㎏/cm2，療程17-24 hrs，氣泡病之治癒率為88.89％；以壓力2.00㎏/cm2，療程22-72 hrs，氣泡病之治癒率為89.29％。雖然氣泡病治療器能有效治療，但無法確保不再復發，因此必須進一步探討其生成原因，加以防範。
研究報告摘要(英) It is easy to contract an illness in Hippocampus kuda culture. And Gas Bubble Disease（GBD） is to be found in seahorse trading size. It can cause death all of the sick fish if we don’t have effective treatment. GBD are manifested in seahorse head, trunk, tail and the male seahorse’s brood pouch which is most prominent. The result of using man-made GBD treatment device is as follow. It’s 88.89％ well done to treat GBD with water pressure 0.65㎏ /cm2，test time is from 17 to 24 hrs; 89.29％ well done to treat GBD with water pressure 2.00㎏ /cm2，test time is from 22 to 72 hrs. The test result is quite good but we are not sure whether GBD is coming again or not. So it is necessary to find the reason of GBD.
