澎湖海域重要水產生物種原之培育研究

本計畫之目的為執行象牙鳳螺及豹鱠之種原採集及蓄養,探討其於人為環境下產卵機制。採卵成功後繼續研究孵化及幼生培育技術,研究受精卵發育及孵化機制、幼生餌料及培育方法,建立種苗生產技術。第一個試驗:建立野生及人工象牙鳳螺種原蓄養保存方式,野生及人工象牙鳳螺不同年齡產卵試驗結果,產卵期從3月12日至9月29日 止,產卵高峰在5月~9月。野生2007年組:平均每槽所產卵鞘數2480 ± 357個;野生2006年組:平均每槽所產卵鞘數4345 ± 336個;野生2005年組平均每槽所產卵鞘數3885 ± 534個;野生2004年組平均每槽所產卵鞘數3786 ± 623個;人工二齡年組平均每槽所產卵鞘數2060 ± 375個;人工三齡年組平均每槽所產卵鞘數2103 ± 147個。試驗結果:野生2004年、野生2005年及野生2006年三組產卵量較人工2齡、人工3齡及野生2007年3組為佳(p<0.05)。試驗中也瞭解不同年齡野生及人工種螺在人工蓄養環境下產卵模式亦可做為人工繁殖量產之基礎,經11次育苗試驗成功培育出109萬粒之幼螺。第二個試驗:本研究嘗試以牡蠣受精卵、SS型輪蟲、橈足類幼生及人工餌料等對豹鱠(Plectropomus leopardus)魚花進行初期餌料之試驗,嘗試了解最適之餌料序列。觀察豹鱠交配時間約在下午5時前後,紀錄水溫27.9-28.7℃,卵授精後至孵化時間約22-24小時,第68小時觀察魚苗有攝餌,第96小時觀察魚苗大量死亡,第120小時全部死亡。本年度豹鱠無法自然交配產卵,因此於2007年7月13日進行催熟,7月15日首次發現交配產卵,產卵期從7月15日至7月23日,計產卵日6日。產卵量共計3245g,其中上浮卵1245g(38.37%),下沉卵2000g(61.63%)。本年度產卵狀況不佳,研判是雌魚已經性轉變為雄魚的結果。

研究報告摘要(英) The objectives of this study are establishment of genetic stock and cultural techniques of Babylonia areolata, and coral trout ,Plectropomus leopardus,. The genetic stock will be collected and preserved for utilization of researchers. The tank system, diet, growth, mature size, spawning season, embryonic development, hatching, and larvae rearing will be studies. The knowledge will be very valuable for the mass seed production. In the first experiment, this plan was set up both wild and artificial spawners of B. areolata stocked techniques for genetic stock. Babylonia areolata’s spawning season is form March to September, and high peak period is from May to September. Results of various stocked age on B. areolata of 3 groups (2004-2006) wild spawners with average total egg capsules were 3786 ± 623, 3885 ± 534 and 4345 ± 336 were better than those 3 groups of artificial spawners (2-year old) spawned 2060 ± 375,artificial spawners (3-year old) spawned 2103 ± 147 and 2007 wild spawners spawned 2480 ± 357 capsules. Understanding that various stocked age of wild and artificial spawners’ spawning behavior in indoors provided us to produce mass seed. It was also succeed in cultivating 1.09 million juveniles of B. areolata . In the second experiment, We try to research the survival rates of Plectropomus leopardus larvae, which were fed with oyster fertilized egg, SS type rotifer, copepoda larvae, and artificial feed. The mating time of P. Leopardus is 5 pm, and the water temperature is 27.9-28.7℃. The larvae were hatched about in the 22-24th hour, and they started to eat in the 68th hour. The mortality of larvae began to die in the 96th hour, and they died all in the 120th hour. This year P. Leopardus can’t mate and spawn naturally, so we induce spawning with hormone in July 13th. The first mating and spawning is in July 15th. The mating period is from Jujy 15th to July 23th ,and the spawning period lasts 9 days. The total eggs weigh 3,245g, including the suspending eggs(1,245g ;38.37%)and the sinking eggs(2,000g ;61.63%). The result of spawning is not good in 2007,it maybe has sex reversal in female.
