水產種苗研究團隊-豹鱠種魚培育及幼苗育成之研究

本（2009）年度於3-6月份共計購買46尾野生豹鱠，平均體重2.83±0.62㎏，體重分佈1.65-4.20㎏，目前尚活存37尾（死亡9尾），活存率80.43％。6月11日進行催熟，6月13日發現交配產卵，產卵期從6月13日至10月21日，產卵期達131日，產卵日69日。總計產卵量共計21,728g（約4,345.6萬粒），其中上浮卵14,378g（66.17％）（約2,875.6萬粒），下沉卵7,350g（33.83％）（約1470萬粒）。平均日產卵量314.90±287.08g（約63萬粒），日產卵量最高1,682g（約336.4萬粒）。產卵期間養殖水溫範圍24.4-30.5℃。
豹鱠受精卵於室內20mt FRP桶進行幼苗培育，豹鱠魚苗可活存至第16天，全長約0.95㎝。
收集豹鱠受精卵、魚花、白身苗及橈足類進行神經壞死及虹彩病毒之檢測。檢測以快速檢測試劑及PCR兩種方式進行。神經壞死病毒快速檢測試劑檢測結果為：受精卵呈陽性反應比例為40％（10/35）。白身苗呈陽性反應比例為100％（3/3）。橈足類呈陽性反應比例為0％（0/2）。PCR檢測結果為：受精卵呈陽性反應比例為8.70％（2/23）。魚花呈陽性反應比例為0％（0/5）。白身苗呈陽性反應比例為33.33％（1/3）。橈足類呈陽性反應比例為0％（0/1）。虹彩病毒快速檢測試劑檢測結果為：受精卵呈陽性反應比例為5.71％（2/35）。白身苗呈陽性反應比例為66.67％（2/3）。橈足類呈陽性反應比例為100％（2/2）。PCR檢測結果為：受精卵呈陽性反應比例為4.35％（1/23）。魚花呈陽性反應比例為0％（0/5）。白身苗呈陽性反應比例為66.67％（2/3）。橈足類呈陽性反應比例為0％（0/1）。
研究報告摘要(英) Forty-six Plectropomus leopardus were collected from the wild, from March to June in 2009. Average body weight was 2.83±0.62 kg, body weight range was 1.65-4.20kg, and survival rate was 80.43％. The experiment with HCG and LHRH-A2 injections was conducted on June 11 and we observed the first spawning on June 13. Spawning period was from June 13 to October 21 and lasted 131 days, including 69 spawning days. The total egg weight was 21,728g（43,456×103 eggs） ,including the buoyant eggs(14,378g; 28,756×103 eggs)and the sinking eggs(7,350g; 14,000×103 eggs). Mean egg weight was 314.90±287.08g（630×103 eggs）,and the highest number of daily spawning was 1,682g（3,364×103 eggs）. During the period, the water temperature was 24.4-30.5℃. Fertilized eggs were hatching in 20 ton FRP tank fed with micro-zooplankton. The larvae were alive till the 16th day, and the total body length was 0.95cm. We collected fertilized egg, larvae, fry and copepoda samples of Plectropomus leopardus to detect for NNV and GIV. The result of NNV rapid test of fertilized egg showed that the ratio of positive was 40％（10/35）,fry was 100％（3/3）, and copepoda was 0％（0/2）. The result of NNV PCR test of fertilized egg showed that the ratio of positive was 8.70％（2/23）, larvae was 0％（0/5）, fry was 33.33％（1/3）, copepoda was 0％（0/1）.The result of GIV rapid test of fertilized egg showed that the ratio of positive was 5.71％（2/35）,fry was 66.67％（2/3）, and copepoda was 100％（2/2）. The result of GIV PCR test of fertilized egg showed that the ratio of positive was 4.35％（1/23）, larvae was 0％（0/5）, fry was 66.67％（2/3）, copepoda was 0％（0/1）.
