水產種苗研究團隊-建立水產養殖之生物防疫生產模式

建立石斑魚之生物防疫生產模式。透過PCR技術對神經壞死病毒(NNV)和虹彩病毒(GIV)進行監控,並利用洗卵技術提升魚苗的存活率。透過過氧化氫處理後的魚卵培育結果其存活率在3%以上,透過生物防疫生產模式所培育出來的吋苗進行中間培育試驗其存活率也有75~80%,並且在養殖過程都不用使用藥物,確保魚隻沒有藥物殘留的疑慮且也提升養殖生物的價值性。
研究報告摘要(英) The objective of project this year is to establish the biosecure culture system of grouper (Epinephelus coioides). The PCR techniques were developed and used to screen the existence of both NNV (nervous necrosis virus) and GIV (grouper irido virus)。Viruses on the surface of grouper embryos were killed using iodine and hydrogen peroxide. The survival rates were more than 3% from hatching to one inch body length’ and 75% from one inch to 3 inches without using any chemicals.
