水產種苗研究團隊-益生菌於水產養殖應用之研究

本研究探討益生菌之光合菌 (Rhodovulum sulfidophilum) 及枯草桿菌(Bacillus subtilis) 對病原菌抑制能力及應用於點帶石斑魚(Epinephelus coioides)養殖環境中對水質及育成之影響。試驗結果顯示,光合菌及枯草桿菌濃度104 CFU/ml 則對病原菌Vibrio alginolyticus、V. anguillarum、V. parahaemolyticus有抑制能力,其中對於Vibrio alginolyticus、V. anguillarum 的抑制力較佳。益生菌添加於石斑魚養殖池水環境試驗結果水質監測結果,池水中氨氮及亞硝酸皆較控制組低,且較為穩定。

研究報告摘要(英) The aim of the research investigated the effects of the probiotic, a photosynthetic bacteria Rhodovulum sulfidophilum and Bacillus subtilis, on the pathogen infection in grouper Epinephelus coioides aquaculture. The results indicated that probiotic inhibited of multiplication of Vibrio alginolyticus, V. anguillarum, and V. parahaemolyticus in plates, but it can’t inhibit that of Aeromonas hydrophlila. The amounts of NH4+ and NO2- in the ponds also were mitigated by adding Rhodovulum sulfidophilum and Bacillus subtilis. In addition, the probiotic stabilized water quality, too.
