本研究探討龍膽石斑魚之飼料最適蛋白質需求。本研究以分別含35、40、45、50、55和60％粗蛋白之試驗飼料進行8週的飼育試驗，結果發現攝取含35％和40％粗蛋白飼料之試驗組魚的成長較差，經分析龍膽石斑魚的適足飼料蛋白質需求量約為50％。
研究報告摘要(英) Juvenile giant grouper were fed six experimental diets, one control diet for 8-wk to investigate the dietary optimal requirement for protein. The test diets were supplemented with fish meal and casein in various ratios (35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60％). The results show lowest growth were observed when the grouper were fed on the diet having the lower crude protein (35 and 40％). The diet with ca. 50％ crude protein ensures adequacy of the grouper for protein.
