黃鰭鮪養殖與種魚培育

本計畫目的是進行黃鰭鮪種魚培育及開發養殖技術,以期能發展鮪類養殖的產業。目前種魚池中共蓄養39尾黃鰭鮪,存活率42.5%,生長情況良好。已死亡及野外捕獲之黃鰭鮪生殖腺均未發育,無法判別台灣海域黃鰭鮪之繁殖季節。在鮪魚池水下及水面上已設置監視系統,可隨時監看黃鰭鮪日常行為。目前循環系統運作正常,池水透明度佳,清澈見底,水質方面,整體水質仍維持不錯,總鹼度、總氮及亞硝酸鹽類無明顯增加,僅硝酸鹽類及磷酸鹽類增加,pH值維持7.38~7.67間。在鮪魚池旁設置石蓴的養殖槽及大規模養殖藻類設施,測試其對池水的磷酸鹽、硝酸鹽、銨鹽之吸收,與藻體產率的影響。
研究報告摘要(英) The purpose of this investigation is to successfully rear yellow fin tuna (Thunnus albacares) breeder candidates and develops tuna industry-oriented culture techniques. At present, 39 tuna (3-5 years old) are cultured in a 1500 m3 round concrete recirculating tank system and survival rate is 42.5%. According to the gonads of dead and wild catched tuna did not grow up, we cannot confirm the yellowfin tuna spawning season in coastal Taiwan nearby. The up and under water monitoring system has been set up for recording the tuna behavior. Throughout all this study, ranges of water quality parameters were still good except Nitrate (NO3-N) and phosphate. Therefore, the FRP tanks were set up to cultivate the macroalgae Ulva lactuca for absorption of nitrogen and phosphate in the integrated system of algae tanks and fish pond with the recirculated seawater. We expect to have natural spawning of yellow fin tuna in recirculating pond systems.
