澎湖重要水產種原保存及利用-遠洋梭子蟹之種苗培育及放流

本計畫之目的為執行遠海梭子蟹之種原採集及蓄養,已建立遠海梭子蟹之種蟹孵化、仔蟹培育及稚蟹繁養殖等相關技術。本年度分3批次從事遠海梭子蟹育苗試驗,各階段活存率如下:在眼幼期5期(zoea 5 stage)平均活存率為54.84%、大眼幼蟲(megolopa stage)平均活存率為61.07%、稚蟹1期(crab 1 instar stage)平均活存率為15%、稚蟹3期(crab 3 instar stage)平均活存率為49.3%;從眼幼蟲至稚蟹1期平均活存率為5.14%、從眼幼蟲至稚蟹3期平均活存率為2.58%,本年度培育出稚蟹3期幼苗,稚蟹甲長平均甲寬為6.45 ± 0.52mm總計約15萬餘尾。將部分移至棲地做中間育成,經20天培育後,稚蟹甲寬頻度成長至12.5~42.0mm之間(C4~C8)、平均甲寬為20.7±4.3mm,成長速率達3.2倍,活存率為36.2%。人工養殖及人工放流是恢復遠海梭子蟹資源最佳方法。遠海梭子蟹生長快,病害少,可進行單性養殖或與其他魚蝦混養,是一種有發展潛力的養殖新品種。

研究報告摘要(英) The objectives of this study are establishment of genetic stock, mass seed production and cultural techniques of blue swimmer crab Portunus pelagicus. Three batches of blue swimmer crab rearing experiment was carried out in 2010. Average of survival rate of each stage are as fellow: Zoea- 5 stage was 54.84%, Megalopa stage was 61.07%, Crab 1 instar stage was 15%, Crab 3 instar stage was 49.3%, during zoea-1 stage to crab 1 instar stage was 5.14%, during zoea-1 stage to crab 3 instar stage was 2.58% respectively. Total of seeds production were150,000 juvenile crabs and parts of them transported to Chen-chyan tidal zone for inhabitant nursery ground rearing. After 20days rearing, juvenile crabs mean carapace width were 12.5-42 mm (C4-C8). It was 3.2 times as initial mean carapace width(6.45 ± 0.52mm) and survival rate was 36.2% then releasing into wild sea to increase marine resources in Penghu. Aquaculture and artificial restocking is to restore crabs resources best practices. Blue swimmer crabs growth rapid and resistant diseases can be reared in the pond for monoculture or polyculture, is a promising new candidates of culture.
