水產種苗研究團隊－水產疫苗發展、評估與應用技術建立之研究

海鱺為台灣箱網與漁塭養殖的高經濟魚類，是我國發展海水養殖漁業的重要魚種。唯養殖過程中，篩選、搬運、移動等工作或魚隻搶食，相互擦撞受傷後，極易受病原感染，造成養殖魚大規模死亡。目前主要的細菌致病原，在海鱺有發光桿菌、弧菌及鏈球菌等，因此，擬研究開發水產疫苗，期能提高水產生物之育成率，降低養殖業者之成本，以利水產養殖業之永續發展。
研究報告摘要(英) Cobia is high economic species in cage and pond culture for developing marine aquaculture in Taiwan. Many factors, including grading,transferring, and transporting of fish were lead to the infection by Photobacterium , Vibrio and Streptococcus on these fish, have been attributed to a measurable mass mortality of the fish. This study aims to develop the techniques to improve the effect of vaccine to induce protection of cobia against pathogens infection.
