合益素應用於免疫調節及改善代謝症候群之研究

篩選具有益生性質之海藻萃取物並結合益生菌，組合成1-2組具相輔相成功用的合益素，並利用體外試驗評估脂肪蓄積抑制及免疫調節因子的影響，從營養的觀點開發能預防腸道免疫功能退化以及因生活習慣不良所引起的代謝症候群的機能性素材。
研究報告摘要(英) The aim of this study is, to develop 1-2 potentially synbiotics by combined with probiotics and prebiotics. Furthermore, to evaluate the effect of inhibited lipid accumulation on 3T3-L1 cells in vitro test, and indicate that those for immune regulation and prevention of metabolic syndrome.
