本計畫目標係邀請日本專家技術指導，如何利用衛星遙測影像及地理資訊系統相關技術，進行西北太平洋海域是臺灣遠洋秋刀魚漁海況分析及速報之發佈。
研究報告摘要(英) The objective of this project is to invite the Japanese expert to give us some technical guidances and examine the spatio-temporal distributions of Pacific saury and set up their nowcast system based on satellite remote sensing images and geographic information system analysis in the northwest Pacific Ocean.
