精緻農業－母體免疫應用於鞍帶石斑優質種苗培育之研究

藉著免疫種魚，誘發高力價抗體，在生殖季期間，能抑制病毒感染，或中和帶原種魚體內潛伏之NNV病毒量，達到阻斷垂直感染之效果並期以母系移行抗體傳遞至卵粒以保護初期仔魚提高育苗活存率，作為種魚模式場之參考。
研究報告摘要(英) Nervous necrosis virus (NNV)and grouper iridovirus(GIV) has caused mass mortality of cultured grouper year by year, and can spread different aquatic area through vertical and horizontal transmission. The culture of grouper is divided into many stages, and there are many infection roots, so that it is hard to control the transmission of Virus. In this project,we will immunize the adult fish instead of brood stock to find out the best composition, immunization root, and dose of the vaccine, and to chase the variation of neutralization antibodies.
