促進養殖牡蠣為生蠔之技術開發研究

本計劃之目標在於將傳統養殖牡蠣,經人工剝成為單體牡蠣後,視條件進行滋養肥育,或直接作為上市前衛生處理之材料,處理後之品質,必須保證可替代進口之生蠔。本年度以建立作為生蠔之牡蠣篩選條件指標為主要工作,而需至各牡蠣養殖場採樣測定牡蠣肥滿度、殼內容量、殼度厚變化、蓄養存活率及各形質條件與增肥及成長潛力之相關性分稀析。

研究報告摘要(英) The objective of this project is to develop the technique for local farming cluster oysters strip to clusterless and therefore the bacterial flora and coliform in soft be diluted by sterilized seawater for eating in raw when the soft is fatness.But as yhe soft of the local farming oysters is in shrivel period the oysters be reared at short-term by microalgae or diet supply.The local farming oysters will be sampled in month to measure total wet weight, shell wet weight,shell and soft dry weight.and shell shape index. When the soft of oysters is not fatness enough to eat in raw the oysters be reared at short-term.The short-term stocking survival rate and growth rate will be determined also.
