水產種苗研究團隊－應用微生物增強魚類對抗疾病能力之研究

選擇本中心生產的吳郭魚（Oreochromis nilotica）進行各項試驗研究。以Rhodobacter sphaeroides、Bacillus subtilis、Lactobacillus acidophilus、Enterococcus faecalis當試驗應用菌株。進行各項菌株和乾燥菌株復活等應用性試驗。應用菌株粉末以不同包埋劑處理後，測試試驗魚增強免疫力。包埋劑應用試驗，測試不同環境下應用菌株的活存情形。
研究報告摘要(英) The bacterial strain of 4 kinds of application bacteria carriedon this study, including Rhodobacter sphaeroids,Bacillus subtilis,Lactobacillus acidophilus ,Enterococcus faecalis ,etc. and will defined protective effect in tilapia(Oreochromis niloctica) In vivo and In vitro experiment .Survival rate of dry probiotics bacteria and the useful of immunity adjuvant will carry out in this experiment.
