水產種苗研究團隊－應用微生物增強魚類對抗疾病能力之研究

選擇本中心生產的吳郭魚（Oreochromis nilotica）進行各項試驗研究。
以Rhodobacter sphaeroides、Bacillus subtilis、Lactobacillus acidophilus、Enterococcus faecalis當試驗應用菌株。進行各項菌株和乾燥菌株復活等應用性試驗。應用菌株粉末以不同包埋劑處理後，測試試驗魚增強免疫力。包埋劑應用試驗，測試不同環境下應用菌株的活存情形。
研究報告摘要(英) The bacterial strain of 4 kinds of application bacteria carried on this study. Includigl Rhodobacter sphaeroides. Bacillus subtrilis Lactobacillus acidophilus , Enterococcus faecalis ,etc. and will defined protective effect in tilapia (Oreochromis nilotica) In vivo and In vitro experiment . Survival rate of dry probiotics bacteria and the useful of immunity adjuvant will carry out in this experiment
