貝類育肥輔助飼料之研發

在養殖研究過程中,發現文蛤餌料除主要的藻類及有機碎屑外,亦可吸收利用水中或底質中游離有機酸,其文蛤喜食性藻料之多寡攸關文蛤之養成,本試驗擬開發顆粒性適宜的生物細胞顆粒餌料,因其營養組成均勻,可組合成促進文蛤成長與短期育肥,縮短養殖期並提升品質的餌料。另進行文蛤液狀、粉狀餌料商業化整合之開發並進行養殖使用策略與成本分析試驗。
研究報告摘要(英) In the cultivatable research process, the hard clams major feed the algae and organic debris, it can also absorb free organic acids from culture water or subsoil sediment. The hard clam cultivation are related to preference of the amount of algae material . The test is developed suitable feed particles of biological cells, because of its nutritional composition are uniform. They can be combined into a short-term promotion of clam growth , fattening, shorten cultivation time and improve the quality of aquaculture feed. In addition, we develop integration liquid feed, power feed and commercial feed and carry on the cultivation use strategy and the cost analysis experiment.
