鹹水魚塭養殖系統技術整合之研究

利用混合養殖技術建立魚、蝦、貝、藻類循環養殖系統,牡蠣作為貝類養殖池生物,來過濾水中微細藻類及有機物質,利用龍鬚菜吸收溶解態的營養鹽。此混合養殖技術雖可穩定水質,但是集約式養殖之池底由於排泄物、屍體及殘餌堆積,當有機質堆積過多,產生有害化學因子。蝦類長期生長於底泥處,造成病毒的快速暴發及傳染,因此改善水質及底泥,是養蝦預防疾病及增產的關鍵,本實驗在養殖前利用光合細菌改善底泥,養殖期間進行底泥排除,改善水質及防治病害提高活存率。

研究報告摘要(英) The study utilized the technique of polyculture to establish a breed’s ecological system for integrated cultivation of fishes, shrimps,shellfishes and algae. Oyster, Crassostrea angulata was the major cultivated objective to responsible for absorbing the microalgae and suspended organic matter, and algae, Gracilaria absorbing the dissolving nutrients. Although the process can stabilize the water quality, it will generate harmful chemical factors with more than cumulative organic matter which is the cumulation of excreta, corpses,and bait of the pond of intensive aquaculture. Due to the shrimp growth in the bottom sludge, it causes the infection and outbreak of viruses rapidly. Therefore, the key prevent the disease and increase yields to improve the water quality and bottom sludge. The study aims to use photosynthetic bacteria to ameliorate the bottom sludge before starting cultivating, eliminate the bottom sludge during the cultivating period, improve the water quality, and prevent diseases to increase the survivalrate of cultured objective.
