鱸鰻苗育成技術之建立

本計畫擬探討鱸鰻苗較適之生長水溫、初期餌料及放養密度,以期建鱸鰻苗培育技術。鱸鰻線經飼育30天後,成長以活絲蚯蚓組最佳,其次是膏狀飼料、冷凍絲蚯蚓與鰻魚粉料混合、鰻魚粉料組。在20、25及30℃水溫中,經9週飼育後,增重以30℃組最大,其次是25℃、20℃組。在130L橘色方型塑膠桶中蓄水60L,分別放養鱸鰻線100、200、400及600尾,每兩週測定一次,經6週養殖結果,以400尾組成長較佳其次是600尾、200尾及100尾,在飼育過程中發現,高密度的400及600尾兩組攝餌明顯較活躍,鱸鰻苗培育初期,每噸水密度可高達1萬尾。在致死溶氧量試驗,選擇體長12.8-14.3cm及25.6-28.7cm兩種體型,水溫30℃時溶氧量降至0.8ppm開始發現有側躺,0.7ppm時即有死亡產生,小型鱸鰻忍受性較低,但與大型組沒有明顯差異。
研究報告摘要(英) The research of the plan is to explore the impact on the larval culture of Anguilla marmorata due to different temperature,various diets and stocking density,it is for reference to the eel culture and cultivated experiment. After rearing Anguilla marmorata for thirty days, the growth rate was the best when they were reared with Tubifex hattai, otherwise, it was second best with the paste food, or the mixture of frozen Tubifex hattai and ell diet, or ell diet .In the water of 20, 25and 30℃ temperture, rearing through 9 weeks, the greatest gain weight temperture was 30℃, the next was 25 and 20℃. Pouring 60 litter water into four orange rectangle plastic tanks ,which volume are 130litter, then rearing 100 , 200, 400 and 600 Anguilla marmorata group differently in the four tanks, taked once inspection in every two weeks, through 6 weeks, in result, the better growth rate was the 400 fishes group, the next was 600, 200 and 100 fishes group. In which, high desity fish group ( 400 and 600 fishes) had more active behavior of intaking bait. In initially rearing, the density of fishes can reach 10000 per ton of water. In the test of lethal dissolved oxygen, choosing two body type which were the length of 12.8-14.3 cm and 25.6-28.7cm. In the 30℃ temperture, dissolved oxygen decreased to 0.8ppm, the condition of sidelying were appearing, up to 0.7ppm, appearing death. The little body type had lower limit of tolerance, but the difference wasn’t obvious.
