白點病毒在草蝦初期蝦苗感染之研究(II)

白點病毒在不同環境因子下對草蝦的無節幼蟲的感染情況,會隨著因子的變化而有不同的感染等級產生,在不同硝酸-氮濃度下對於草蝦的無節幼蟲都會感染,但不同硝酸-氮濃度會影響病毒在宿主體內的繁殖速度,在高濃度(25、50mg/l) 濃度下病毒的感染等級會隨著濃度升高而增加,在後期幼蟲期時的活存率上比較低濃度組(0、5 mg/l)濃度 與高濃度(25、50mg/l)組內無顯著差異,但組間有顯著差異。
銨-氮的濃度在急性半致死濃度(4.0 mg/l)下對於白點病毒感染無節幼蟲情形,會隨著銨-氮的濃度增加而提高病毒的感染等級。
