精緻農業-免疫調節物質應用於海水魚苗培育之研究

本實驗之目的在測試外加腺核苷是否可以增強石斑魚苗之成長與免疫力。本實驗中,石斑被餵食含有四種不同劑量(0 g/ kg diet, 0.5g/ kg diet, 1 g/ kg diet, 1.5 g/ kg diet)腺核苷飼料。在餵食實驗第3及6週,我們量取魚體重,以換算增重百分率及飼料效率。另外,在第6週實驗結束後,石斑魚也被抽血及解剖,以測量頭腎體指數、脾臟體指數與肝臟體指數、血容積比、血蛋白質量、血酸、鹼性磷酸酶及肝超氧歧化酶酵素活性。結果顯示,餵食含有腺核苷飼料之石斑,成長會隨添加劑量上升而增加,但僅第3週飼料效率達顯著差異;免疫指標在各組間也沒有顯著差異。據此,我們推論外加腺核苷可能會對石斑苗成長略有助益,但似無益於促進免疫力提昇。
研究報告摘要(英) The aim of the study was to investigate whether exogenous adenosine enhances the growth and immune activity in orange-spotted grouper, Epinephelus coioides. In the experiment, we fed the grouper with adenosine-supplemented diets (0 g/ kg diet, 0.5 g/ kg diet, 1 g/ kg diet, and 1.5 g/ kg diet), and then we weighed them at the 3rd and 6th weeks to get weight gain and feed efficiency. The grouper were bled at the 6th week to measure hematocrit, enzyme activities of acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase and protein concentration in plasma, as well as superoxide dismutase in liver. Some samples also were sacrificed to measure the head kidney body index, spleen body index and liver body index. The result showed that weight gain and feed efficiency of the grouper increased with supplementation doses, but only the value of weight gain among the groups at the 3rd week differ significantly. The differences of the immune index among the groups didn’t reach the significantly level, too. We thought that exogenous adenosine could enhance growth of the grouper, but not stimulate the immunity of the fish significantly.
