大量培養Bacillus subtilis、Rhodobacter sphaeroides、Enterococcus faecalis時可以適當調整培養基的成份,Rhodobacter sphaeroides簡易培養基調整為「glucose 1g,yeast extract1. 4g,sodium glutamate4g,0.5% sea water 1000ml」,添加Mineral salts solution;Bacillus subtilis和Enterococcus faecalis的培養基調整為「glucose 1.4g,yeast extract 1g,sodium glutamate 4g,0.5% sea water 1000ml」,不需添加Mineral salts solution;攻擊試驗結果顯示,對照組24h LC50為106 cfu/ml,72h LC50為105 cfu/ml,4株應用細菌添加試驗組加上疫苗免疫處理組,都有相當好的效果,48h LC50>108,72h-7d C50>108。

研究報告摘要(英) 4 kinds of application bacterial strain were used on this study, including Rhodobacter sphaeroides, Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus acidophilus , Enterococcus faecalis ,etc. The results showed modified formula were useful in the bacterial cultured system. The formula used for cultured Rhodobacter sphaeroides were 「glucose 1g,yeast extract1. 4g,sodium glutamate4g,0.5% sea water 1000ml, Mineral salts solution」, The formula used for cultured Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecalis were 「glucose 1.4g,yeast extract 1g,sodium glutamate 4g,0.5% sea water 1000ml」. The results of challenged test against Strep. agalactiae showed, 24h LC50 106 cfu/ml,72h LC50105 cfu/ml were in control group. Dietary 4 kind of bacterial diet and treated with Strep. agalactiae vaccine were showed 48h LC50>108 cfu/ml,72h-7d C50>108 cfu/ml.
