精緻農業－豹鱠之人工配合飼料研發

本研究探討龍膽石斑魚之飼料最適油脂需求。本研究以分別含2、4、6、8、10和12和15％粗脂質之試驗飼料進行8週的飼育試驗，結果發現攝取含2％粗脂質飼料之試驗組魚的成長較差，經分析龍膽石斑魚的飼料脂質需求約為6-10%。
研究報告摘要(英) Juvenile giant grouper were fed seven experimental diets, one control diet for 8-wk to investigate the dietary optimal requirement for lipid. The test diets were supplemented with cod liver oil and safflower oil in various ratios (2, 4, 8, 10, 12, 15％). The results show lowest growth were observed when the grouper were fed on the diet having the lower crude lipid (2％). The diet with ca. 6-10％ crude protein ensures adequacy of the grouper for lipid.
