本試驗目的為開發白身鰻苗人工馴餌飼料,用以取代傳統的絲蚯蚓養殖方式。在已建立之飼料配方基礎上,探討膏狀飼料合適的黏結劑添加量、不同水解蛋白對增進鰻苗成長的效果、不同餌料動物對鰻線誘引和成長效果,以及檢測絲蚯蚓和人工飼料帶菌情形。結果顯示,鰻線飼料以GL為黏結劑的添加量在2%或3%的鰻苗成長較佳。添加水解蛋白可增進鰻苗的成長,以MTP+SBP配搭使用的效果最好。鰻線飼料可用BW和CW兩種餌料動物增加誘引效果。人工飼料不帶有愛德華氏菌,比使用絲蚯蚓(帶菌數105 CFU/g)馴餌更衛生安全。
研究報告摘要(英) A series of study was conducted to formulate a paste feed as alternative of Tubifex sp. for nursing elver eel. The suitable level of binder in feed, growth-promoting effect of hydrolyzed proteins, attractive effect of various animal materials and the number of bacteria in feeds and Tubifex sp. were investigated in this year. The results showed that the GL might be a binder at 2-3% of the paste feed. The enhanced growth performance can be found in the elver eel fed with the feed containing hydrolyzed protein, and the effect was remarkable in the feed with combination of MTP and SBP. Both BW and CW were ideal animal materials to be used as attractants and growth promoters in the paste feed. The numbers of Edwardsiella tarda in most of artificial feeds were under the detectable limitation, while the bacteria can be found in Tubifex sp. in 105 CFU/g. Paste feed was safer than Tubifex sp. used in the nursery period of elver eel.
