貝類育肥輔助飼料之研發

本試驗以文蛤總重量1%為投餌量,餌料以乾重計,分成自製液狀餌料Ⅰ組Ⅰ、自製液狀餌料Ⅱ組、矽藻膏組、魚粉組、商業飼料組等5組投餵處理組。經18週飼育結果,在殼長增加方面以自製液狀餌料Ⅰ組及自製液狀餌料Ⅱ組最佳(p <0.05),其次為魚粉組、商業飼料組及矽藻膏組。在重量增加方面,以投餵自製液狀餌料Ⅰ組及自製液狀餌料組Ⅱ組顯著高於矽藻膏組及商業飼料組(p <0.05)。在肥滿度的表現上以自製液狀餌料Ⅱ組顯著高於其餘各組(p <0.05),其次為自製液狀餌料Ⅰ組及魚粉組,最差為矽藻膏組及商業飼料組。,肝醣表現方面以自製液狀餌料Ⅰ組最高且顯著高於其餘各組(p<0.05),其次為自製液狀餌料Ⅱ組及魚粉組,最差為矽藻膏組及商業飼料組且顯著低於其餘各組(p<0.05)。蛋白質含量介於5.65-6.73%之間,各組間並無顯著差異(P>0.05)。各組活存率在82.66-93.40%之間,各組間無顯著差異(p >0.05)。

研究報告摘要(英) In this study, the feeding amount was the overall weight of 1% of clam. The diet calculated in dry weight terms.The experiment divided into liquid dietⅠgroup, liquid diet Ⅱgroup, diatoms paste group, fish meal group, commercial diet group. After 18 weeks of rearing results, in shell length growth, liquid diet Ⅰ and liquid diet Ⅱ groups were the best (p <0.05), followed by fish meal, commercial diet and the diatom paste groups. In weight increases, liquid diet Ⅰ and liquid diet Ⅱ groups were significantly higher than diatoms paste and commercial diet groups (p <0.05). In the condition factor,the liquid dietⅡ group was significantly higher than other groups (p <0.05), followed by liquid diet Ⅰ and fish meal groups, the worst groups were the diatom paste and commercial diet groups. In the glycogen content ,the liquid dietⅠgroup was significantly higher than other groups (p <0.05), followed by liquid diet Ⅱ and fish meal groups, the worst groups were the diatom paste and commercial diet groups. The protein contain were from 5.65% to 6.73%, and no significant difference among groups.The survival rates were from 82.66% to 93.40%, and no significant difference among groups.
