海水養殖草食性魚類種苗培育與應用

本實驗以LHRHa 及HCG對黑星銀(魚共)進行人工催熟及誘導產卵試驗及測試黑星銀(魚共)對大型藻類攝食的能力。種魚在繁殖期間雌魚與雄魚的GSI 分別為2.53%及0.44%。先進行5次人工催熟及誘導產卵試驗,種魚雖可產卵但未獲得受精卵。因此改以人工採卵方式再進行6次的人工催熟試驗,每次均能獲得受精卵以進行種苗的培育。但是在多次的操作中發現雌魚經催熟後,卵巢內卵細胞的發育並不一致,因此在採卵時過熟卵、成熟卵及未成熟卵會夾雜在一起,除了讓採卵時間不好把握之外,即使採卵成功受精率也不高。另黑星銀(魚共)對線狀硬毛藻及龍鬚菜皆可攝食,但較喜歡攝食線狀硬毛藻。

研究報告摘要(英) Study the artificial ripening and inducing Spawning on the spotted scat by LHRHa and HCG treatment in the experiment. And test the feeding ability of the spotted scat on macrophytic algae. The GSI of females and males broodstocks was 2.53% and 0.44% on the breeding. Five trials of Injection LHRHa and HCG can stimulate ovulation and spawning of females. But the eggs not are fertilized. So change the way to ripening fish for artificial reproduction in next 6 trials. Although the eggs of 6 trials can be fertilized and reared, However, the development of eggs within the ovaries are not synchrony, so when the ovum have over mature eggs, mature eggs and immature eggs will be mixed together after ripening, in addition to not take the right time of ripening, Even it was success on ripening the eggs of fertilization rate is not high. The spotted scat can feed both of the filamentous algae(Chaetomorpha sp.) and Gracilaria sp., but it is more favorite filamentous algae than Gracilaria sp..
