鹹水魚塭混合養殖技術整合之研究

本研究使用白蝦及黃鱲鰺作為主要經濟養殖物種。牡蠣作為貝類養殖池生物,藻類淨水池使用龍鬚菜為材料。利用混合養殖技術建立魚、蝦、貝、藻類循環養殖系統,實驗過程中魚蝦池pH、溫度、鹽度、透明度、溶氧均在適合養殖範圍內,氨氮、亞硝酸氮濃度均在安全濃度以下,葉綠素a濃度隨著養殖時間增加由35增至145 ppb,總懸浮固體濃度由30增加至155 ppm,養殖中期貝類養殖池放養牡蠣並加以循環,使得魚蝦養殖池的葉綠素a最低降至85 ppb,總懸浮固體最低降至80 ppm。牡蠣育肥4週後肥滿度由3.3%增加至6.4%,相較於同時期七股潟湖所飼養的牡蠣肥滿度4.12%有較高的肥滿度。而在牡蠣池中牡蠣架前後各有一個藻類分析採樣點。研究結果顯示在不同採樣點的葉綠素a和藻類生物體積之密度顯著不同。
研究報告摘要(英) The study major cultured objectives are white shrimp, Peneaus vannamei and Trachinotus ovatu. Oyster, Crassostrea angulata was the major cultivated objective to responsible for absorbing the suspended organic matter, micro-algae and algae, Gracilaria absorbing the dissolving nutrients.utilized the technique of polyculture to establish a breed’s ecological system for integrated cultivation of fishes, shrimps, shellfishes and algae. The values of pH, temperature, salinity, transparency and dissolution oxygen for the ponds of the experiment are within appropriate ranges. Both the values of NH+4-N and NO2-N are under the safe concentration. Besides, the chlorophyll a concentration increased from 35ppb to 145 ppb with cultivating period and suspended solids concentration increased from 35ppm to 155 ppm. In the middle of cultivating period, the ponds were added oyster, Crassostrea angulata to increase the biological cycle, which caused the chlorophyll a concentration decreased minimum of 85 ppb and suspended organic matter concentration decreased minimum of 80 ppm. The relative fatness of oyster, Crassostrea angulata was increased from 3.3% to 6.4% after cultivating for 4 weeks. It compared with the same particular period of cultivating in cigu lagoon that relative fatness of oyster is higher than 4.12%. There are two sampled sites of analyzing algae in the front and rear of the shelves in oyster ponds separately. The research revealed that densities of the chlorophyll a in the different sampled sites and algae volume are significant differences.
