鹹水魚塭養殖系統技術整合之研究

本研究利用不同生物特性來淨化水質及益生菌建立一個生態化養殖方式,主要養殖生物為虱目魚與白蝦,利用牡蠣作為貝類養殖池生物,藻類淨水池使用龍鬚菜為材料。利用混合養殖技術建立魚、蝦、貝、藻類循環養殖系統,實驗過程中魚蝦池pH、溫度、鹽度、透明度、溶氧均在適合養殖範圍內,銨氮、亞硝酸氮濃度均在安全濃度以下,養殖時間總藻類濃度由14增加至167 ppb(μg/L)之間,總懸浮固體濃度由4增加至100ppm,經生物淨化池循環後藻類濃度大多維持一百ppb上下,總懸浮固體濃度維持在60~70ppm養殖中期貝類養殖池放養牡蠣並加以循環利用育肥。牡蠣育肥8週後肥滿度由7.5%增加至10.7%,相較於同時期七股潟湖所飼養的牡蠣肥滿度6.68%有較高的肥滿度。在光合菌改善環境部分,從分析結果顯示未添加光合菌的養殖池綠藻佔全部藻類90%以上,其次是藍藻,矽藻和隱藻佔少數與之前漁塭數據相符,但在加了光合菌的養殖池,綠藻平均40.1ppb遠低於未添加光合菌的養殖池平均74.2,而藍藻35.4ppb與矽早19.06ppb都是未添加的十幾倍,在隱藻部分添加及未添加兩組含量都非常低只有0.2ppb(Fig. 10)(Table 2),這顯示光合菌的添加改變了整各漁塭藻類結構生態。
研究報告摘要(英) The study utilized the different creatures’ properties to purify the water quality and probiotics to build the ecological cultivating theory. The major cultured objectives are milkfishes and prawns. Oyster, Crassostrea angulata was the major cultivated objective and Gracilaria was material in the algae pond for purify and stabilize the water quality. The values of PH, temperature, salinity, transparency and dissolution oxygen for the ponds of the experiment are within appropriate ranges. The total algae concentration increased between 14 to 167 ppb during cultivating period, and suspended organic matter concentration increased from 4 ppm to 100 ppm. The algae concentration maintained around 100 ppb and suspended organic matter concentration maintained in 60~70 ppm after circulating of the creatures’ purifying ponds. In the middle of cultivating period, the ponds were added oyster, Crassostrea angulata to increase the biological cycle for fattening. The relative fatness of oyster, Crassostrea angulata was increased from 7.5% to 10.7% after cultivating for 8 weeks. It compared with the same particular period of cultivating in Cigu lagoon that relative fatness of oyster is higher than 6.68%.The result of photosynthetic bacteria improves the conditions, which the cultivating ponds without using photosynthetic bacteria that the green algae contained 90% of total algae. The second amount of algae is Cyanobacteria and diatom and Cryptalgal are contained only few of them and which is consistence with before data. Compared with the cultivating ponds adding the photosynthetic bacteria or not, and the average of green algae concentration is 40.1 ppb, which is much lower than 74.2 ppb which the cultivating ponds without adding the photosynthetic bacteria. It is the same as Cyanobacteria and diatom which are 35.4 ppb and 19.06 ppb separately, and they are also lower ten times than the ponds without adding the photosynthetic bacteria. There is no quite difference between adding photosynthetic bacteria or not that showed in Cryptalgal which concentration is only 0.2 ppb. The result of the entire algae structure of the cultivating ponds was changed as adding photosynthetic bacteria.
