水產種苗研究團隊-應用微生物增強魚體免疫力之研究

35~40℃低溫乾燥後進行臼磨機進行磨粉,Rhodobacter sphaeroides、Bacillus subtilis、Enterococcus faecalis、與Micrococcus luteus等4株細菌復活率平均為87~92%,Lactobacillus acidophilus 較低,平均為55~60%;微粒包覆活菌進行噴霧乾燥機乾燥,噴霧乾燥機噴出口溫度較高設定為105 ℃,乾燥後進行臼磨機進行磨粉並進行細菌復活性試驗,結果顯示: Bacillus subtilis、Enterococcus faecalis、Micrococcus luteus等3株應用細菌復活性較好,平均復活率為80~88%,Rhodobacter sphaeroides與Lactobacillus acidophilus復活率為50~60%。微粒包覆疫苗與olive oil佐劑配合微粒包覆應用微生物,進行試驗魚免疫餵食試驗,結果顯示,m*-vaccine with m*-Bacillus sustilis、m*-vaccine with m*-Rhodobacter sphaeroides、m*-vaccine with m*-Enterococcus faecalis、m*-vaccine with m*-Lactobacillus acidophilus、及m*-vaccine with m*-Micrococcus luteus等5組試驗組RPS都在87%以上,都可以得到不錯的保護力

研究報告摘要(英) The experimental tilapia(Oreochromis nilotica)were fed with dietary eel diet containing different microcapsuled-vaccine(anti-Strep. iniae) and dry microcapsuled-probiotics powder for 14 days(28-30℃), and challenged with Strep. iniae. It was showed good protect effect in five experimental group inclucing m*-vaccine with m*-Bacillus sustilis、m*-vaccine with m*-Rhodobacter sphaeroides、m*-vaccine with m*-Enterococcus faecalis、m*-vaccine with m*-Lactobacillus acidophilus、and m*-vaccine with m*-Micrococcus luteus.
