本計畫擬在文蛤養殖過程定期監測池塘底質環境，應用二氧化氯及光合細菌改善
水質及底質，使養殖的文蛤順利生長，縮短養成期及增加收獲量，並探討文蛤養
殖環境惡化的指標因子及改善底質的方法，建立優質養殖模式。
研究報告摘要(英) This project is to monitor the sediment condition of Hard clam pond and application of chlorine dioxide and photosynthetic bacteria to improve the sediment condition in the rearing stage, so that the farmed clams can grow well. Shortening the harvest times and increase pond production. To develop the indicators of environmental factors and find the improving method of the sediment condition to create a high-quality breeding patterns.
