利用體外試驗篩選1-2種具潛在機能性的海藻合益素，初步評估對腸道發炎調節的影
響。從營養的觀點，研發促進腸道功能調節及預防腸道老化應用之可行性。
研究報告摘要(英) The aim of this study is developing 1-2 potentially synbiotic from marine substrates. Furthermore, we evaluate the effect of marine substance on intestinal inflammation by Caco-2/THP-1 cell co-culture in vitro, and indicate the regulation of gut function and prevention of aging gut.
