種鰻海水育成模式之研究

因應鰻魚天然苗資源枯竭，造成台灣鰻魚養殖業的重大危機，本計畫主要目標為藉
由研究日本鰻的海水馴化模式，搭配性激素埋植的催熟方式，培育優質的日本鰻種
鰻，更進一步取得優質的受精卵，以提供後續育苗實驗，期待能穩定生產人工苗
，提供給養殖業者飼養，確保台灣鰻魚養殖產業的永續發展。
研究報告摘要(英) The natural resource of Japanese glass eel decreased year by year, resulting in a strong crisis of Taiwanese eel aquaculture industry. The aim of this project is to cultivate high-quality broodstock of Japanese eel by studying the acclimatization mode in seawater aquaculture of Japanese eel and the induced maturation with the implantion of sex hormone. Through this research we wish to obtain high-quality eggs. In the future we hope to produce the artificial larval stability and to keep Taiwanese eel aquaculture industry into sustainable development
