養殖池清淤技術之探討

   本計畫的目的是在探討創新性清淤設備,以解決養殖期間的淤泥問題。本技術的 特色是使用噴水取代吸水來移動淤泥及排汙,具維持養殖池水質,提高養殖成效 ,和減少換水需求的效果。在田間試驗,池塘清淤機分24、48及72小時的間隔時間 操作,結果發現清淤前在中央清淤平台的東面有最多的平均積淤量,而在西面則有 最少的平均淤泥量。此外,清淤間隔 72小時後,第1圈走動所耗的時間明顯比第2、 第3圈還多。比較吳郭魚養殖池清淤試驗池底平面淤泥高度,結果發現試驗池池底較 平坦,而對照池池底淤泥高度最高達40cm以上。

     The purpose of this project is to research the novel sediment removing equipment for solving to the problem of fish ponds during the period of aquaculture. The innovation technology, that uses water jets instead of suction hoses to remove the sediment, can maintain water quality and increase production, while reducing water exchange.    In field test, the frequency of sludge removal for waiting times of 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. it showed that the sludge depth was different in different directions on the concrete platform. The east quadrant consistently had the highest sludge accumulation, while the west quadrant had the lowest accumulation. In addition, for a waiting time of 72 h, the first rotation speed of the machine took much longer than the second and third rotations.The depth of soft soil were measured for both tilapia cultured ponds, we found that the pond with sludge removal had a flat bottom, whereas the contrast pond had accumulated a soft bottom of more than 40 cm deep.
