雙色鰻養殖技術之研究

一、最高與最低致死溫度:觀察溫度改變對雙色鰻產生的影響發現,當水溫 39.8℃開始死亡,40.2℃全部死亡。而水溫降至6.2℃時開始有死亡發生,5.8℃全 部死亡。二、最高與最低攝餌溫度:本試驗在每天水溫升1℃的環境中,隨著水溫的 升高,在30.5℃時攝餌0.106 g達到最高,超過31.5 ℃後,攝餌量隨水溫增高而下 降,38.0℃時完全不攝餌,其最高攝餌溫度約在36.9-38.0 ℃。而隨著水溫下降 ,攝餌量逐漸減少,當水溫由15.1 ℃降至14.0 ℃,開始明顯減少,11.0℃則完全 不攝餌,雙色鰻其生活較適攝餌水溫應在15.1-34.0 ℃。三:不同水溫對雙色鰻苗成 長之影響:試驗選擇四種水溫進行比較,經9週飼育結果,每尾鰻苗的總攝餌量在30 ℃組為12.37 g,高於25 ℃組的11.69 g、且顯著高於20 ℃組的5.89 g,15℃組的 4.57 g。在平均體重、成長率、飼料效率均以30 ℃組較高。四、不同餌料對雙色鰻 苗成長影響:試驗選擇四種餌料進行比較,增重率及飼料效率均以膏狀飼料較高。 五、流水式與循環水對雙色鰻苗活存率、成長影響:結果發現循環水組經適當藥浴 後,可阻隔病源進入,活存率較高。

The effect of different water temperature on the growth : The results showed that the total feed intake of each eel was12.37 g at 30 ℃, which was higher than at 25℃, Respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the 20 ℃ and the 15 ℃ group, respectively. The body weight, weight gain and feed efficiency were higher in the 30 ℃ group. The impact of different food on the growth : test selection of four kinds food for comparison, weight gain and feed efficiency are higher of feed paste food. Flow-type and circulating water on the survival rate and growth : the results found that the circulating water group after the appropriate medicated bath, can block the pathogen into the survival rate is higher.
