提升草蝦養殖漁業生產技術

1.本計畫為在飼料中添加n-6系列多元不飽和脂肪酸,亞麻油酸,γ-次亞麻油酸和花生四烯酸三種分別以0.5%-3%添加在飼料中飼育草蝦對其成長活存之影響,飼育草蝦,每隔15天測定成長率,活存率,飼料係數等,結束時分析草蝦蝦體及飼料中脂肪酸組成與其對草蝦之影響?分析草蝦血淋巴球數量和以病原弧菌進行感染試驗,以了解其抗病力,提高生產量及漁民收益2.本試驗在了解降雨引起蝦池水質的變化,及其對池蝦造成的緊迫影響。在草蝦養殖試驗期間,平時依一般養殖方法進行養殖,降雨期間試驗組加開水車增加供氧,並灑石灰穩定pH,來降低降雨造成環境對池蝦的緊迫,以期能提高草蝦養殖的育成率。試驗期間測定水質、弧菌及蝦子成長等項目,並紀錄蝦子健康情形。

1.The experiments will add three kinds of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid --Linoleic acid,γ-Linolenic acid and Arachidonic acid in different amounts from 0.5% to 3% to feedsfor rearing grass shrimp.During rearing perids, it will determine the average bodyweight , survival rate and feed efficiency in every 15 days of each ponds. Analyze fattyacid of shrimp muscles and feeds . IT also will analyze the Hemocyte and Bacteria ofshrimp and in attack experiment. So it will enhance shrimp disease resistence andincrease farmers economic profits.2.Our test is to realize the change of shrimp ponds water quality caused by rain, and theurgent influence it caused on shrimp. During the culture period, we generally usedcommon breeding ways, but when it is raining, we will start paddle wheels to add moredissolved oxygen content and putting lime to get steady pH value in treated ponds.Doing those above are hopefully to low down the influence caused by rain on shrimpand increase the survival rate of Penaeus monodon. In the test, we check the items ofthe water quality, Vibrio, growth and the healthy condition of shrimp, etc.
