鹹水養殖環境與自動化技術之研究

一.人工溼地自動化養殖系統的建立在人工溼地建造循環水養殖設施,完成自動化養殖系統,並從事種蝦及魚貝培育。改建傳統式虱目魚塭為人工溼地自動化養殖系統,除了可以大量培育種蝦,提高虱目魚塭的經濟效益以外,藉由人工溼地的開發,也符合現代化漁業必須兼顧生產、生活與生態「三生」的目標。二.養殖池底棲生物相及菌相與養殖成效關係研究探討不同養殖密度與養殖池底質環境及底棲生物相的關係。六個草蝦養殖槽將放養三種不同密度的草蝦苗,並作二重覆,以評估草蝦對底棲生物相的影響。底棲生物將以0.5mm網目的標準篩水洗底泥取得,養殖槽水質及底質之溫度、鹽分濃度、溶氧量及ORP值等將現場測定,並觀察底棲生物相及菌相的變化。其目的在嘗試以底棲生物相作為養殖池環境指標,監控底棲生物與養殖池環境,以建立養殖池包容力資料及永續養殖管理模式,提昇養殖密度與成效,達成永續養殖目標。

一.人工溼地自動化養殖系統的建立The experiment is to build a set of water-circulating facilities on a piece of constructedwet land reformed from traditional milkfish pond, and let it become a feasible automaticsystem for cultivating fish, shell, and shrimp brood stock. It is expected that theexperiment will be a pragmatic model not only for enhancing fishery's economic profitbut also for modernizing traditional milkfish outdoor farming to be a responsible fisheryadministration which maximizes the qualities of life, the production of fishery, and thepreservation of environment.二.養殖池底棲生物相及菌相與養殖成效關係研究Species composition and variation of macrobenthos in the prawn cultured ponds, andtheir relationship with the stocking of prawns and application of artificial feeds will bestudied. Six Tiger Prawn cultured tanks will be set up. Tiger Prawn juveniles will bestocked in three different densities with two duplicates, to access the influence of prawnsto benthic fauna. Macrobenthos will be obtained by washing the sediments with 0.5 mmmesh standard sieve. ORP value, salinity, dissolved oxygen and water temperature oftank water and sediment will be measured in situ. Variation of benthic fauna andbacteria will also be observed
