優質九孔種苗培育之研究

本研究截至目前為止己進行5次添加不同比例深層海水進行九孔繁殖試驗,結果顯示凡有添加深層海水之組別,九孔種苗附苗與成長均較表層海水組佳,並具有顯著差異。在繁殖用水及浪板上之生菌試驗顯示添加不同比例深層海水各組的總生菌數與附苗率及成長率之間並無週期性與規律性,且檢測結果顯示生菌大都屬於海洋常態菌。附著藻試驗顯示添加深層海水的浪板上藻類密度較高,以矽藻為主,而表層海水的浪板上藻類密度較低,以綠藻為主,矽藻數目較少。
另進行室內外九孔種貝養殖與比較,環境因子變化差異性小,不論室內或室外,活存率都90%以上,而室內養殖之九孔種貝卵質較佳,室外養殖之九孔種貝所產種苗於室外養殖成長較佳。

So far this study has been conducted five times to add different proportion of deep sea water for abalone breeding experiment. The results show that the group about the abalone seedlings and growth of seedlings attached with deep sea water were better than the group with surface seawater and has significant difference. Add the deep sea water in different proportions total plate counts in each group there is no periodicity and regularity with attached seedling rate and growth rate of abalone larvae, and the results showed that most bacteria are bacteria of marine normal. Attached to algae trials show with deep sea water higher density on board and mainly diatom, while the surface water on board low density of algae, diatoms fewer.
The experiment of culture abalone in the outdoor and the indoor was shown small effect of environmental factor. Whether indoor or outdoor, abalone current deposit rates are above 90%. Interior egg quality of abalone farming is better, outdoor production of farmed abalone seedlings grow better.
