本所創新育成中心於98年11月成立，歷經一年的營運已逐漸建立進駐相關模式，目前共輔導6家廠商進駐。為更有效地利用本所資源並擴展創新育成中心之培育空間，本年度完成整修海水繁養殖中心培育室及養殖魚塭及設施供進駐業者租用，如此亦有利於相關輔導人員駐地提供即時的輔導和諮詢。為了使育成中心同仁對於相關營運模式更加認識並累積實務經驗，辦理參訪畜產試驗所並與相關同仁座談，參觀其空間之規劃並參考其運作模式。另外，則與國立台灣海洋大學及財團法人動物科學研究所成立策略聯盟，藉以互相支援並整合區域資源。辦理兩場研發成果發表暨招商說明會，陸續有業者表示有技轉或進駐育成中心之意願。

The Fisheries Research Institute (FRI) established an Innovation & Incubation Center in November 2009. After a year of operation it has been gradually established presence of patterns. Currently, there are 6 companies stationed in the Innovation & Incubation Center with our conselling. To make more efficient use of our resources and facilities of the FRI, the Center establishs an incubator at Mariculture Research Center for industry use. In this way, the experts can provide guidance and advice in time. We visited LRI to help the practical experience. Another is with the National Taiwan Ocean University and the Institute for Animal Science Research Institute, to set up a strategic alliance to support each other and integration of regional resources. The Center also held two seminaries to display our research results to attract potential companies.
