本計畫擬收集距岸3浬附近漁業資源及底棲生物的基礎資料，提供漁業資源分布等科學數據，建立距岸三浬附近長期監測資料庫，以評估禁拖區的資源保育效益為目的。
This project surveys the fisheries resources and the diversity of benthos within three-nautical-mile trawl prohibited area for building the monitoring database and assessing the bioconservation effect of the trawl prohibited area.
