石斑後期肥育飼料研發

石斑肉質鮮美經濟價值高,為目前海水魚養殖重要魚種之一,其中以點帶石斑
(Epinephelus coioides)為主,年產量達1萬2千公噸以上。目前飼養石斑仍使用下雜魚為多,下雜魚來源鮮度衛生不穩定,影響養殖成效,為求產業推廣及產品安全衛生,擬開發石斑後期肥育飼料以提高養殖效益。400克以上點帶石斑後期成長飼料中含45%蛋白質12%油脂有較佳之增重率,初步估較適能量為1538 Kjoule / 100克飼料,蛋白質及能量比為29.26 mg /Kjoule,以大豆植物油部分來取代魚油,取代率約為60~70%,在成長及體態上是不受影響的。

The Grouper is better delicious and high economic value. It is one of the important species of Marine fish farming for the current. The annual output reaches above 12,000 metric tons, among the main of Epinephelus coioides. At present raised still use the trash fish feeding group for many, because the trash fish was unstable to originate on the fresh and health, got down the cultivation result, to strive for the industrial promotion and the product safety and health, planned to develop the fattening diets of finishing period to raise the cultivation benefit. The dietary contents 45% protein and 12% fat to have better growth of groupers over 400g. Preliminary estimated the optimal growth energy is 1538 Kjoule / 100g diet, protein and energy ratio is 29.26 mg /Kjoule. The growth, Feed efficiency, Condition factor and Vicera-somatic index not affected with used soy oil substitutes for 60~70% fish oil.
