This study is aimed to establish spiny lobster land-based culture
systems. The major work include the research of two lobsters (Panulirus
ornatus and Panulirus homarus) optimal rearing density and food
conditions, and compare the growth and survival rate of these two kinds.
This project is expected to establish the lobster land-based farming
system with optimum density and food conditions, at a growth rate of
1g/day, survival rate of 50%, and yields of 4kg/m2 or more.
